Driving Down Carbon

At Hold This we take preserving our beautiful planet very seriously. With over 62 million packages shipped a day in the US and Canada, that amounts to a lot of emissions from delivery vehicles alone. Due to the ever increasing numbers in e-commerce delivery, the World Economic Forum has estimated that "emissions from delivery traffic will increase by 32% and congestion will rise by over 21%, equalling an additional 11 minutes of commute time for each passenger every day"

Our service helps to reduces emissions and congestion by reducing the amount of stops that delivery drivers have to make. Also, by preventing package theft and loss, we also help to reduce emissions related to replacing stolen items (re-manufacturing costs, and re-delivery emissions). And less vehicular emissions also means cleaner air for our communities.

But it's more than just reducing emissions - we believe in being Eco-Conscious. This means that every decision our company makes is with the intention of creating a positive impact both environmentally and socially in our communities. A healthy and happy community is able to focus on protecting and improving their slice of the Earth.

As stewards of our planet, we are just holding on to it for the next generation.
