STEP 1 SIGN UP

1. Access Website

2. Sign Up

  • Click 'Sign Up'. Provide the necessary details to create our account.

  • Make sure to indicate that you wish to sign up as a Holder at the top.

STEP 2 SET ADDRESS

3. Getting started

  • Once in, you’ll notice your current address is set to ‘n/a’. You’ll need to set your address.

  • Click on your initials in the orange circle on the top right, and click ‘Account’

4. Confirm e-mail and set address

  • Once in the Accounts Page, you will first need to confirm your e-mail here to proceed. Please check your e-mail for the confirmation number.

  • Once confirmed, click ADD AN ADDRESS button and enter your address in the “Enter a location” box.

  • Finally add hours you are certain that you will be consistently available for pickups. This is important as Customers may plan their day around your hours.

STEP 3 PROCESS PACKAGE

5. Package delivered

  • When a Customer’s package has been delivered to your address, match the order in the ‘Awaiting Delivery’ category, and selected DETAILS.

6. Verify and process package

  • Verify that the information on the package matches the order in the app.

  • Please note that the tracking number on the package and the order number that the Customer entered may be different

STEP 4 HANDOFF PACKAGE

7. Customer arrived

  • Once the Customer has arrived please request their Confirmation Code and enter it into the box on ‘Main / Orders’ page

  • Please note you can also go directly into the order card in ‘Arriving’ to also enter the confirmation code

8. Retrieve package

  • Retrieve the Customer’s package and give it to the Customer.

  • Then proceed to 'CONFIRM HANDOFF'.

  • Success, the order is complete!
